Despite being close to the train tracks, noise is never an issue thanks to soundproof rooms. Staff are welcoming and professional from check, in to check, out. Breakfast is delicious and always well stocked. the room was spacious with a small balcony offering a great view of the river. While parking can be a bit tough, the location and service more than make up for it.

We had a pleasant Easter stay at a hotel close to the river. The soundproof rooms were a great feature, ensuring that we did not hear any trains during the night. The hotel had spacious rooms with some offering a beautiful view of the river and hills across. The dining rooms had a great ambiance, and the food was appetizing and enjoyable. As expected in a key location, we found many enjoyable activities and restaurants around the hotel, adding to our overall experience.
The hotel could have done better with check-in processes. We arrived at the hotel and received our room keys promptly but were disappointed to find that the room had not been cleaned yet;

The River View Balcony: I felt like royalty sitting on my river view balcony, overlooking the majestic Rhine. It was as if I had my own personal throne, enjoying the breathtaking views while sipping on a glass of wine.
Room Cleanliness: Check-in was a bit of a hiccup as our room wasn't cleaned upon arrival. However, the issue was quickly resolved, and it seemed to be a minor oversight.

Spent Xmas here and had a great time! Loved the stunning views from my room of the river and valley, as well as the convenience of the hotel's location next to the river. Really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay memorable.
The room felt a bit dated and could use some modernization. Also, the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a bit of a bummer. But overall, a pleasant stay!

I felt like a fancy lady in the upscale restaurant and the staff planned a fun social program for me.
I absolutely loved the experience of not having a river view and being charged extra for a single bed. So worth it.

Stunning views and delicious food! the location of this hotel was perfect, with stunning views over the river and its valley. the balcony in the room was a great spot to relax in the evening and watch the world go by. the restaurant served excellent food, highly recommend trying the evening meal. the continental buffet breakfast was impressive.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a bonus. parking was a bit of a challenge as the hotel's own parking was limited and additional parking was across a busy street.
